I want to express my gratitude to James, for the tremendous support that he provided to the Boeing A.O.G. Incident Repair team, while we were working to repair a grounded 757 aircraft during June / July of 2002.
James always demonstrated a high level of understanding the importance of meeting his commitments to us. His tremendous knowledge of the shipping industry and leadership ability showed in his willingness to achieve solutions. James had no fear of getting his hands dirty and doing work himself. There were numerous times I had to call James up after normal working hours to get him to come back down and have our shipments cleared for us. He never once complained about having to come back in and assist the Boeing team. Being in the pressure job that we are in and getting the outstanding support from James was instrumental in resolving problems in a timely manner.
Thanks again for a first class job, handled in a first class way.
