Redwood International Limited was established in October 1994 to cater for the demands of shipping companies, requiring an express service for the movement of urgent ship spares, for vessels calling in Gibraltar.

We are customs clearance agents and freight forwarders, providing a high quality, on time service at very competitive prices. We have also worked for International companies arranging for the transport and clearances of urgent spares for vessels calling at Gibraltar as is the case for AP Moller, Scamp International, Oceanic Engineering, Viking Liferafts, Deutz, Peters and Mays, Cammell Lairds and P&O.
Today Redwood has four offices situated at the Gibraltar Airport, one at the Customs Entry Point (Land Frontier with Spain) and three at the North Mole, Gibraltar Port. With two warehouses, fleet of eight vehicles and plant equipment, we cater for all type logistic requirements. Our staff has a vast experience in freight forwarding and customs clearance and our offices are situated at the Gibraltar Airport from which goods arriving at Gibraltar can be delivered to the vessels calling at Gibraltar.
Redwood have similar infrastructure in Spain covering Algerciras

We also have an infrastructure set up for the forwarding of landed goods from vessels. Arrangements can be made for air freight of landed spares from Gibraltar to Malaga Airports to destinations all over the world, or by truck to the Scanex Rotterdam warehouse from where deliveries can be made all over Europe. Redwood are the agents in Gibraltar for BAX Global and DFDS, with representation in over 500 offices covering most countries worldwide providing a first class freight service with excellent freigh rates.
The strategic location of Gibraltar has allowed it to become a maritime centre of excellence. Located at a crossroads of Mediterranean and Atlantic shipping lanes, Gibraltar is ideally placed to provide a wide range of services to vessels of all sizes and types.

Gibraltar is a bustling commercial centre. With over 80,000 vessels transiting the Strait of Gibraltar each year, the Rock has become a major bunkering station – one of the largest in the Mediterranean – as well as offering a wide range of other shipping services.
The local airport is just a few minutes from the harbour, and experienced agents are on hand to obtain spare parts, supply provisions and effect crew changes.
